Order Processing: All orders are processed from the U.K. and allow 2-3 working days for delivery. If it was ordered during a bank holiday, please allow for additional delivery time.
Tracking: All orders are sent from the UK via a tracked courier service and will require a signature upon delivery. You will receive Tracking Information directly from the courier once they have received your order.
Dangerous Goods: Please note perfume is classified as “Dangerous Goods” and requires additional paperwork and checks, which can lead to orders being delayed by Customs. If they require any further information, they will contact Scent Central directly. Customs Clearance will take 48hrs to process and continue its journey.
Customs Tax and Duties: Scent central do not cover Customs Tax, Duties, Tariffs, VAT, Handling Fees or Customs Clearance Charges required by your country for importing goods from the UK. You, the buyer is responsible to clear these charges, which vary as per your country of residence. If the customs fees and charges are refused, the order will be returned back to Scent Central and you will not receive a refund for the charges.
